This page explains what Buffalo Heart Strings does with the details you share through this website. We keep it simple: we only ask for what we need to plan your event, and we never sell it.

When you send an inquiry or ask about a date, we receive what you type in: usually your name, email address, phone number and the details of your event (the date, the venue and what you have in mind). This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your details to answer you, to send a quote, and, if you book, to plan and run your event. We may follow up about your inquiry. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who helps us

Our inquiries and bookings are handled through BookLive, the booking platform we use, which stores your details securely on our behalf. Videos on this site are played by YouTube or Vimeo, and our reviews and schedule may be shown by BookLive; those services may set their own cookies when they load, under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep your inquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and, if you book, for our records of the event and any legal or tax obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to have them deleted. To do any of these, email us at buffaloheartstrings@gmail.com.
